Janette Alford, President
Janette has been passionate about making a difference throughout her corporate career, from mentoring and coaching employees to improving efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. She is now using her vast experience to provide consulting solutions and coaching to individuals and organizations.
Prior to founding Straterion Consulting, Inc., Janette had over 17 years of management experience working for a large management consulting firm and Fortune 500 companies in the financial services and IT industries. She has a broad range of expertise including client training, consulting, project and product management, and process re-engineering, including Six Sigma. Her work also involved managing relationships with customers and colleagues in over 30 countries throughout North and South America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Janette earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Texas A&M University. She is Six Sigma Black Belt trained and Pragmatic Marketing certified. She founded the Houston Chapter of the Women’s Interest Network (WIN) at American Express, an employee group dedicated to supporting women in the workplace.
